Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

❗ Exceptions: Products that include a custom fragrance are considered personalized and cannot be returned.

⚠️ Exception: If a mistake occurs on our end (e.g. wrong fragrance or product received), returns or replacements are possible even for personalized items.

➤ Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the error is on our part.

➤ Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

➤ If you wish to cancel an order that is already in progress, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email at info@aksenses.gr so we can process your request.
